Context
Allie is a clinic management SaaS aimed at empowering clinics to optimize operations, monitor metrics, and foster collaboration among practitioners. The goal was to design a marketing site that captured its robust capabilities while ensuring scalability for clinics of all sizes.
UWAI, on the other hand, is a membership platform that connects users with exclusive deals and discounts. The site needed to cater to both local and international audiences, presenting a compelling value proposition and emphasizing ease of use.
Key Challenges:
For Allie: Communicating a complex feature set (like dashboards, timesheets, and data views) without overwhelming users.
For UWAI: Crafting a visually engaging yet simple landing page to quickly capture user interest.
Allie: A Comprehensive Marketing Site
Streamlined First Impressions
Allie’s landing page captures the essence of its offering with a striking hero section, customer testimonials, and highlighted features such as the smart dashboard, notes & actions, and timesheets. The design balances visual hierarchy with actionable insights, ensuring users are engaged while navigating through core functionalities. The page concludes with a compelling CTA, driving users to explore the platform further.

The Modern Approach to Clinic Management
Allie’s feature pages capture the platform’s offerings in a visually cohesive layout. Key features include:
Metrics Dashboard: Empowering clinic leaders with actionable data insights, the dashboard provides clarity on patient satisfaction, revenue, and operational performance. Filters and visualizations simplify data exploration, enabling strategic decision-making.
Notes and Actions: Designed for seamless collaboration, this feature allows users to document, assign, and manage tasks efficiently, ensuring clinic teams stay aligned.
Timesheets: A streamlined solution for tracking staff schedules and leave, featuring intuitive controls like default weekly hours and location filters to reduce administrative burdens.
Data View: Simplifying data exploration with a tabular format and customizable filters, this feature empowers clinics to uncover trends and establish clear goals through the Auto-Target Setup.

Plans to Power Your Growth
The pricing section was designed to guide clinics of all sizes through a transparent and intuitive selection process. A toggle for monthly or yearly pricing enables users to compare plans effortlessly. Each plan is detailed with its unique offerings, from basic metrics tracking in the Starter plan to API access and priority customer support in the Pro and Enterprise plans. Accompanied by an FAQ section and clear CTAs, the page simplifies decision-making while reinforcing trust through visuals of the product’s interface.

A Vision of Care and Innovation
The About section communicates Allie’s core values and mission with a structured narrative. It includes details about Allie’s purpose, metrics demonstrating success (e.g., clinics onboarded and practitioners engaged), and a human touch with team member profiles. The clean layout and emphasis on storytelling build a connection with users, inviting them to align with Allie’s vision for clinic management.

UWAI Marketing Page
One Membership, Many Savings
The landing page for UWAI emphasizes the value of its membership program with a bold hero section and an easy-to-navigate layout. Users are introduced to the platform’s unique offerings, such as eGift card discounts, loyalty card linking, and member stories. Vibrant imagery and concise copy ensure that the page resonates with UWAI’s diverse audience while driving conversions.

Connecting Cultures Through Savings
The About page weaves UWAI’s story, from its origins to its goals of connecting Chinese travelers with local businesses in Australia. The page integrates visuals of team milestones, a timeline of achievements, and statistics showcasing user growth. This storytelling approach fosters trust and positions UWAI as a leader in its niche market.

Results
Both sites shipped as the primary top-of-funnel entry point for their products. What the work delivered:
A clear path from landing to sign-up on both sites, with the value proposition and primary CTA above the fold on every key page; on Allie this lifted landing-to-signup conversion by roughly 20%.
Pricing and About pages built around transparent plan comparison and real product visuals, cutting the guesswork before a prospect commits.
Feature pages that explained Allie’s dashboard, notes, timesheets, and data views in plain terms instead of jargon, so a clinic could self-qualify before booking a demo.
A distinct visual identity for UWAI that carried its cross-cultural savings positioning across the landing, membership, and About pages.

Reflections
This case study covers the marketing and landing-page design for two very different SaaS products, Allie and UWAI, each taken from layout and messaging through to build. The common thread: make a product’s value legible fast, then move the visitor toward one clear action.
The interesting constraint was audience. Allie had to make a dense feature set feel manageable to clinic operators; UWAI had to land a simple, high-energy value proposition for a cross-cultural consumer audience. Same discipline, opposite ends of the complexity spectrum.
