Designed and shipped features for Velaro’s All-in-One Live Chat & Customer Engagement Platform, improving workflows and driving engagement, retention, and usability across the product.
Collaborated closely with engineering and QA to align requirements, clarify edge cases, and ensure smooth implementation from design through deployment.
Created and maintained a Tailwind-based design system used across the platform to accelerate development and ensure consistent UI/UX across teams.
